PERSONALIZATION:

1. Place the order.
2. We will contact you for information on your kid's name, font preference (if any), image/no image, colors, etc.
3. As soon as we have all the necessary information, we'll send you the final layout of your personalized item (usually within 2-3 business days).
4. As soon as the layout is confirmed by you, we send the item to production.

CUSTOM ORDER: 2-3 weeks after confirmation of the layout.
